Our pre-built solutions cover the common cases. Custom Solution covers everything else. Start with a 30-minute discovery call where we understand what you're building and what success looks like. We write up a scoped proposal with milestones, a fixed (or T&M) price, and a delivery timeline.

Once you green-light, our engineers design the architecture, provision the infrastructure on Servegates servers, install and harden the stack, wire up monitoring and backups, document everything, and hand it over. Optional managed support keeps it running after launch — same SLAs as our pre-built solutions.

Most projects ship in 1–4 weeks. We've built everything from single-tenant Nextcloud installs to multi-region Kubernetes clusters with GitOps and observability stacks. If you can describe it, we can build it.

How much does a custom solution cost?

Depends on the scope. Most projects fall between $300 and $2,000 in one-time engineering, plus the monthly hosting (your VPS or dedicated server). We give you a fixed price after the discovery call so there are no surprises.

How long does it take?

Simple installs (single app + TLS + backups): 2–5 business days. Multi-server setups (cluster, GitOps, observability): 1–4 weeks. We give you a delivery date in the proposal.

Do I need ongoing managed support?

No — many customers take the build, the docs and the SSH keys and run it themselves. If you want us to keep it running (monitoring, patching, backups, on-call), we offer optional managed support from $99/mo.

What if I want to host it elsewhere?

Our custom solutions are normally deployed on Servegates infrastructure. If you need it on AWS, GCP, Hetzner or your own metal, ask — we charge a small premium but it's possible.
